Job description
MACA Mining Pty Ltd is in search of experienced Production Dump Truck Operators to join the team at Gruyere Gold Mine on a 14/7 DS/NS roster from Perth. Situated roughly 200kms North-East of Laverton in the Goldfields region of WA, Gruyere is a world-class operation operated by Gold Fields Ltd, offering a dynamic and high-performing environment with stability and clear career growth opportunities. Requirements:
Experience in a production mining open pit environment. Experience operating CAT 789 or Komatsu 830 or MT4400. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently. A "Can Do" attitude towards safety. Current WA driver's licence.
Work conditions:
14/7 day-shift / night-shift FIFO roster from Perth. Full time and casual rates available. Superannuation paid on all hours worked. $2,500 sign-on bonus. Salary sacrificing benefits. Responsibilities:
Operate production dump trucks (CAT 789 / Komatsu 830 / MT4400) on the Gruyere open pit. Follow all safe work procedures and contribute to a strong site safety culture. Work collaboratively with crew on production targets. Conduct pre-start checks and report defects. Support continuous improvement on the operation.
