Job description
Entier Australia is building its candidate database in preparation for upcoming offshore and marine catering and support projects. A global catering and support services provider established in 2008, Entier is seeking experienced hospitality and FIFO professionals to register their interest for future Camp Boss, Chef, Cook, Steward and Utility roles across offshore and marine operations. This is an expression of interest (EOI) to join Entier's talent pool — successful registrants will be contacted as projects mobilise.
Requirements:
Previous FIFO and hospitality experience preferred. Marine roles: BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS, AMSA Medical, Marine Cook Certificate of Proficiency (chefs), AMSA COST and STCW Basic Safety Training. Offshore roles: BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS, OGUK Medical and Certificate III+ in Commercial Cookery. All candidates: Australian working rights, First Aid Certificate, MSIC, valid passport, Food Safety Handling Certificate and ability to pass drug & alcohol screening.
Work conditions:
Indicative package $165,000 – $237,000 per year depending on role and roster. Offshore and marine rosters. This is an expression of interest for upcoming projects — candidates join Entier's talent pool and are contacted as roles become available. Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality catering and hospitality services across offshore and marine environments. Roles include Camp Bosses & Marine Chef Managers, Offshore & Marine Cooks, and Offshore Utilities & Marine Stewards. Maintain food safety, hygiene and customer service standards in remote, high-pressure settings. Support galley, mess and accommodation operations on offshore platforms and marine vessels.
